JOURNAL THE JOURNEY.
We know you think you’ll never forget every minute detail of that big day when you found out you were expecting””the date, where you were, your first reaction, whom you told first and how””but count on us, time and sleep deprivation have a funny way of glossing over the details. So capture the momentous occasion by writing it all down. You’ll be delighted you did when your bump is a distant memory that’s been replaced with a little person who just loves to hear how it all began.

BABY, YOU got AROUND.
Keep little notes, ticket stubs, postcards, snapshots, and mementos of the trips, visits, and things you did while pregnant. Tuck in a menu from your favorite restaurant or even a candy wrapper from a must-have craving. include cards and printed e-mails from family and pals or make little notes of conversations and reactions.

BABY’S ready FORA CLOSE-UP.
This is a terrific place to feature your ultrasound photos along with any fun notes or comments. “The doctor said you had big feet,” or “Look! You were waving at us.” observations will be sweet ways to recall those anticipatory days when your little bump was so close yet seemed so far away. Be sure to include pictures of yourself and your tummy at various stages. You’ll be amazed at what you’ll notice when you look back — that tie-dyed maternity top that seems so boho elegant now will have you all in stitches years from now.

CRIB NOTES.
Keep a few pages blank in your scrapbook and take it with you to your baby showers or family gatherings so people can share good wishes and guidance or even doodles. This is also a terrific place to save your baby shower invitations and photos.

Κράτα το καλύτερο για το τέλος.
Reserve the last page for the first photo of your sweet baby on his or her birth day when a whole new chapter — a whole new baby book — will begin.
